Ferric Chloride
Ferric chloride can be used in drinking water and industry waste water treatment as purify agent. It is used for sewage treatment, circuit board etching, stainless steel corrosion and mordant. It is a good substitute for solid ferric chloride. Among them, hpfcs high-purity type is used for cleaning and etching with high requirements in the electronic industry.
Liquid ferric chloride is an efficient and cheap flocculant for the treatment of urban sewage and industrial wastewater. It has the effects of significant precipitation of heavy metals and sulfides, decolorization, deodorization, oil removal, sterilization, phosphorus removal, and reduction of COD and BOD in the effluent.
Item | FeCl3 First Grade | FeCl3 Standard |

Water insoluble (%) | 1.5 MAX | 3.0 MAX |
It should be stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse, and should not be stacked in the open air. Not to be stored and transported together with toxic substances. Protect from rain and sunlight during transportation. When loading and unloading, do not put it upside down to avoid vibration or impact of the packaging, so as to prevent the container from breaking and leaking. In case of fire, sand and foam fire extinguishers can be used to put out the fire.
Industrial uses include the manufacture of pigments, plating agents and surface treating agents, process regulators, and solids separation agents.
Ferric chloride can be used as a purifying agent for drinking water and a precipitating agent for the treatment of industrial wastewater.
Ferric chloride is also used as an etchant for printed circuits, as an oxidant and mordant in the dye industry.
