Ferric chloride can be used in drinking water and industry waste water treatment as purify agent. It is used for sewage treatment, circuit board etching, stainless steel corrosion and mordant. It is a good substitute for solid ferric chloride. Among them, hpfcs high-purity type is used for cleaning and etching with high requirements in the electronic industry.

Liquid ferric chloride is an efficient and cheap flocculant for the treatment of urban sewage and industrial wastewater.
